Will I Receive a Tracking Number for My Order?
Yes, you will be emailed a tracking number from FedEx, UPS, DHL Express or another carrier with comparable quality.
When Will I Receive My Item(s)?
Please be assured that we will be ship using FedEx, UPS, DHL Express or another carrier with comparable quality. It will take 1 - 2 business days within Europe and 2 - 5 business days outside Europe such as North America, Asia, Middle East, etc. Check out our shipping policy in detail here.
Where Are My Item(s) Coming From?
They will be shipped directly from one of our reputable dealers in Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Italy, Germany, United States, and North Macedonia.
Will My Item(s) Be Sent In One Package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.
Do You Accept Returns?
We do accept returns within 14 days of delivery. If you want to return the order for a change of mind or because you chose the wrong size/product, you will be charged for the return shipment. If you want to return the order because we have sent the wrong size/product or because the product is damaged, we will pay for the return shipment and no restocking fee will be charged.
